The sizes will vary by the stone type ordered - an example is - hematite will be less stones per pound as it is a very heavy stone. Citrine and moonstone are examples of stones that will be smaller than the average sizes.
THE NUMBER OF STONES PER POUND IS BASED ON THE AVERAGE NUMBER. YOUR POUND WILL VARY BY STONE TYPE, HOW THE STONES WERE CRUSHED, AND VARIOUS OTHER FACTORS. TYPICAL EXPECTED LESS STONES IN YOUR POUND THAN THE AVERAGE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
Very Small (XS) - this size is 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch approximate stones per pound is 1,300.
Small is 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch approximate stones per pound is 180 - 250 per pound.
Medium is about 3/4 inch and approximate stones per pound is 80 to 100 per pound.
Large is about 1 inch and approximate stones per pound is 45 to 50.
Xl is about 1 1/4 inch and approximate stones per pound is 28 to 35.
XXl is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and approximate stones per pound is 16 to 20.

We offer UPS ground, UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS next day shipping at the actual cost of shipping. We also offer a flat rate of $9.80 on orders delivered within the US except for large geodes but we will chose the shipping method.
